If you have already installed the Ancestral Quest Basics program?<The AQ Basics program includes all the essential features of AQ. A registration key will unlock all the advanced features of the full AQ program., and you need the Registration Key to fully activate it, simply choose the appropriate option for buying Ancestral Quest 16, above. If you purchase a Download option, you will receive download instructions that you can ignore?<This is because you have already downloaded and installed the program..

Any purchase of AQ 16 through this site will cause a Registration Key to be e-mailed to you immediately. If your e-mail utilizes junk e-mail/SPAM Filters, you may not receive any e-mail messages?<Please check your junk e-mail/spam folders for messages from addresses containing @ancquest.com. If you order a CD, but also choose to download the software, then when the CD arrives, you can file it away to use if you ever need to reinstall the program.

Ancestral Quest 16 for Windows will work on Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Vista, and XP SP3, on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. If you have an older version of Windows, you could purchase AQ 16 for a valid key, but then download and use AQ 11 until such time as you upgrade your Windows.

Ancestral Quest 16 for Mac is available both as a 64-bit app and as a 32-bit app. The 64-bit app requires Max OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) or later (including Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, and Sonoma) and 1.65 GB disk space. The 32-bit app requires OS X 10.7 (Lion) through macOS 10.14 (Mojave) and 500 MB disk space.
